119 Fire and EMS Rescue is the national fire agency of the Republic of Korea and the Hyosan fire station was one of the many branches of it.

Pre-Apocalypse[]
The department itself is the primary fire department and EMS service of South Korea. One of the most notable ones in this fictional realm is the Hyosan Fire Agency.
Post-Apocalypse[]
As total societal collapse of Hyosan city took hold, the Hyosan Fire Agency was overwhelmed with calls. Due to this, the direct superior agency, the Fire Agency Of the Republic of Korea (119 Fire and EMS) took hold of the situation, and directly commanded rescue operations.
