The Unnamed Medical Officer is a minor character in Netflix's All of Us Are Dead. He was portrayed by Lee Myung-ho.

Pre-Apocalypse[]
Nothing is known except that he's in the military as a medical officer.
Post-Apocalypse[]
The medical officer firstly meet the assemblywoman, Park Eun-hee. Because of the protocols, he send her and the others to the exam room due being the assemblywoman and makes them comfortable as possible. He listen So-ju's request for rescue her daughter while she's still in Hyosan High School, He instead responded trying their best as they can, leaving him behind.
In the treatment room, The medical officer studied the Jonas Virus in order to find a treatment or a vaccine. Unfortunately, none of scientists was hired and no equipments. Attempted send the zombified soldier to KDCA, Seon-mu declined. He then inform Seon-mu the infected person, Staff Sergeant Lee Jae-jun, approximately a week for discharge.
While nightshifting, the medical officer failed and difficult to figure it out to a brand new virus, aswell the KDCA can't identify either. Seon-mu disappointing towards him because he's an expert and incapable to discover the virus, finding a solution to save the infected. Strangely, The RNA structure changes everytime they test it. After the military rescued the detective, he curiously listen to Choi Sung-won about knowing the information of the virus. Later on, He runs away to Seon-mu warning them because of an incident to the quarantine, he then shows the camera recording of a fainted student next to a concession, rewinding about 10 minutes, showing the girl bitten a boy and attacked the soldiers. The medical officer believe the girl was infected but as asymptomatic. As the soldiers were able to tied Eun-ji to test her, The officer founds out the virus is hiding in the RNA of the cells, it only detectable when it manifests. Seon-mu asks him if there's more like her. As per KDCA's recommendation, it's presumably that they're infected even if they show no symptoms, a horrified Seon-mu was shown.
While watching videos of Lee Byeong-chan informing the virus, the officer have confidence of the installed videos is credible by far. In the next day, sadly hearing the news and discovered about the virus, a doctor tells both Seon-mu and the medical officer that the zombified Jae-jun is dead and no options to bring it back to life and the cure is likely impossible.
It's unknown what happened to the officer afterwards of four months skipped, it's possible he continuously still working on the virus.

He has short brown hair. He wears a Standard issue MarPat (marine pattern) camo jacket with camo cargo pants.
Personality[]
A little is known about the medical officer's personality. He is shown to be extremely professional with his work, relaying everything he knows about the zombies and virus as soon as he learns it despite lacking the equipment needed to synthesize a cure.
