Pre-Apocalypse[]
Not much is known other than he is the prime minister of the Republic of Korea and that his role was to support the president of the Republic Of Korea.
Post-Apocalypse[]
A government official tells the prime minister that martial law should be expanded to control the media because fake news about the Jonas Virus is spreading and causing more disasters, but the prime minister refuses to, claiming that the citizens should control the media themselves and the top priority is keeping the virus under control and rescuing the uninfected.

The Prime Minister is a middle-aged man with receding black hair who wears a white shirt with a red tie underneath a grey blazer.

The Prime Minister is shown to be attentive as he was concerned about the virus and the safety of the citizens, as well as allowing them to control the media.
